TERMS OF USE OF THE COPY TRADING SERVICE

Heritage Finance Ltd

Article 1 - Description of the service

Heritage Finance Ltd offers a Copy Trading service via the RoboForex CopyFX platform. This service allows users to automatically replicate trades made by Heritage Finance to their own trading account.

Article 2 - Operation

The user connects their RoboForex trading account to the Heritage Finance signal via the CopyFX platform. Trades are automatically replicated in proportion to the capital allocated by the user. The user retains full ownership and control of their funds at all times.

Article 3 - Commission

Heritage Finance receives a commission of 10% (ten per cent) of the net profits made. This commission is calculated and deducted automatically by the RoboForex platform. If no profit is made, no commission is payable.

Article 4 - Trading risks

THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS THAT :

Trading on the financial markets involves significant risks of capital loss.
Past performance is no guarantee of future performance.
Partial or total loss of the capital invested is possible.
Trading with leverage amplifies both gains and losses.
Heritage Finance does not guarantee any minimum return or profit.

Article 5 - Liability

Heritage Finance Ltd is committed to executing its trading strategy with diligence and professionalism. However, Heritage Finance Ltd cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from market conditions, volatility, technical problems at the broker or unforeseeable events.

Article 6 - Stopping Copy Trading

Users can stop Copy Trading at any time from their RoboForex CopyFX space. No time commitment is required. Funds can be freely withdrawn at any time.

Article 7 - Personal data

The data collected is used solely to manage customer relations and to send information relating to the service. It is not passed on to third parties.
